Pepijn is responsible for overall creative direction and new business development for the firm. He graduated from the TU Delft with a specialism in architecture. Before founding New Cheese, Pepijn worked at Heren2 real estate development.
Pepijn is married and has three kids. In his spare time, Pepijn loves to swap the boardroom for a surf board. Surfing teaches a lot about success in business, such as commitment, patience and ‘chasing the right wave’ (or opportunity). Above all, surfing reinforces one of the core beliefs of New Cheese Development: the value of quality above quantity.

Jeroen is proud of all the New Cheese projects, but highlights include the iconic Pontsteiger and the high-end residential developments de Werf in Muiden, and Schonenvaert in Haarlem.
In addition to his day-to-day activities, Jeroen’s other passion is boxing. A sport that enriches his professional life and imbues principles like how to take a hit, the search for opportunity, controlling emotions and, most of all, ‘listening to the corner’. In fact, collaboration and trust in other partners are key to the success of all New Cheese Development projects.

Bart obtained his master’s degree in architecture at the Technical University Delft and previously worked at IGG Bouweconomie. At New Cheese Development Bart is starting his career in real estate development.
Aside from work Bart can often be found playing cricket in the summer. The king of sports, as far as he is concerned. To fill the winter months, sometimes golf and football also suffice.

Monara studied marketing management and is married to her high school sweetheart (way back). Besides working on new campaigns, content for off- or online marketing materials or animations, she likes to help build her homestead-to-be. A nice parallel with the NCD team, where we embrace new challenges even if the outcome is still unknown. Finishing the job together for a good and satisfied feeling, that is what Monara does within our team.
