

An accessible residential building will be built on the Blaak, known for its stately banking and finance offices. The plinth will have facilities that will enrich both the city of Rotterdam and the tower’s residents.

At Blaak 333, previously an office of the Rabobank, an apartment building is being developed with commercial facilities in the plinth. The Leuvenkolk, adjacent to the plinth, will also be renovated. In turn, this will ensure a lively commercial and living quarters at the iconic Rotterdam location. The complex will be sold to an investor.
At the site of the current building at Blaak 333, a new residential structure will be built with approximately 300 homes, a commercial plinth, parking garage with substantial bicycle storage facilities. Kraaijvanger Architects is working on a design in which the program in the plinth contributes to both the city center of Rotterdam and the residents of the building.
NCD will work in collaboration with ERED and the other team members on a successful project at Blaak 333. The ambition is to start construction in 2023 and deliver the project in 2026.
