All this is structured into what has become the new towering icon of Amsterdam. Arons & Gelauff’s brilliant design is both perfect and daring.
NCD was responsible for the development on behalf of Dura Vermeer Vastgoed and De Nijs Projectontwikkeling. A passionate team of developers, builders, architects, interior designers, designers and brand strategists led by NCD have delivered an extraordinary performance. Not in the last place by its prompt and efficient design process, but also by an inspiring process in which the realization and consequent sale of Pontsteiger has resulted in a new start in the development of the Houthaven!
